**The Opportunity**
- Location: Richlands
- Available Shifts: Rotating 24/7Roster
- 12hr shifts
- 28 day roster cycle, 7 days & 7 nights
- In 28 days14 days on and 14 days off !
- Shifts: day
- 6am to 6pm, night
- 6pm to 6am
- 1 week induction dayshift then onto your regular shift pattern with a trainer on the production line

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Operate and monitor high speed machinery**: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- ** Perform routine maintenance**: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.
- ** Quality control checks**: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:

- A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations
- Eagerness to learn your production line
- Safety First Mindset
- a disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
- Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment
- Previous manufacturing production experience highly regarded but not required
- Australian work rights
- permanent resident or Australian citizen
