- Lead onsite service operations – Coordinate and supervise all repair and maintenance activities.
- Keep systems running smoothly – Maintain and update site records in our database.
- Drive business growth – Identify opportunities for spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Deliver exceptional service – Be the face of Swisslog for our customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely invoicing.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in service engineering.
- Electrical license and a valid driver’s license is an essential criteria.
- Willingness to actively participate with on-call responsibilities.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
