You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients in order to meet client needs and demands of the business.

**About The Role As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies.

The duties will include:

- Order collection and delivery of client records and information
- Customer service queries
- Maintaining high profile account service delivery
- Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
- Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requestsWorking with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

**About You To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Minimum Car Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence
- Be hard working and reliable
- Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
- Have good computer literacy skills
- Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential
- Flexibility with work hours and daysWork well under pressure and be a good team player

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
