Description
As the Customer Services Team Leader at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of customer service professionals. In this full time position based in Willawong (Brisbane
- QLD), you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving the continuous improvement of our customer service operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and enhance the quality of customer service
- Analyse customer service data and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across the organisation
- Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and implement effective resolutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices
- Foster a positive and engaged team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence
- Liaising directly with allocated customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face in the duty of customer care and serviceUnderstanding of Grace offerings and facilitate customer onboardings when required, including setting up new accounts and issuing Grace Welcome Packs
