**What you'll be doing**

This is a hands on role and will involve providing efficient, accurate and timely service to our clients as well as dealing with daily customer service duties. It is essential that you are self-driven and attentive to details as this position will be involved with:

- The answering and distribution of calls received
- Rapid accurate response to resolve customer enquiries or complaints
- Web training (as relative to our processes)
- Promotion of Grace offerings and customer onboarding
- Support Branch Account sales initiatives and programs
- Maintain and update Salesforce activitiesAssist the team in achieving set monthly targets

- Previous experience in a customer service environment
