We are looking for a highly customer focused Works Co-ordinator to join our awesome team in Richlands.

In this role, you’ll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with our teams across the business and a wide range of subcontractors to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, following up driver requirements and much more.

**Who you are**

As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of Remondis to many of our customers, where you support them with a wide range of queries surrounding their waste and recycling needs, ensuring they are well taken care of and their query resolved.

You love working in customer service and know the value of really listening to clients, understanding their needs, empathising with their situation and delivering great outcomes! You enjoy working in a busy, supportive and positive team environment and in a role that’s varied
- no two days are the same!
