- Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging and informed curriculum programs for students in your subject area, thatfoster a love of learning .
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement.
- Provide high-quality assessment, feedback and reporting to support student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Work collaboratively within a professional learning community.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events and professional development opportunities. You will be a passionate educator who brings energy, professionalism and a commitment to student wellbeing. You will have:
- Provisional or full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
- Experience in the provision of quality and relevant curriculum programs
- Highly developed classroom teaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to implement information and communication technology into teaching and learning
- Skills and sensitivity in communicating with parents, students and other employees
