**About the role**

This position is a p ermanent Part Time role (3 Days per week). In this role, you are going to be part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to both Grace’s corporate and private clientele. The role includes coordinating domestic removals and ancillary services, and relationship development with some of Grace’s largest clients.

In addition to the coordination of removal assignments the Customer Service Coordinator maintains day to day responsibility for their clients including database management, proposals, storage and invoicing.

- Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong and communication and customer service skills
