**What You'll Do**:

- ** Create and Deliver Training**: Develop, adapt, and deliver content and training materials to our branches, ensuring everything aligns with our company values and objectives.
- **Evaluate and Improve**: Continuously assess the effectiveness of our training courses through feedback and student evaluations, making necessary tweaks to keep things fresh and effective.
- **Collaborate and Mentor**:Work with the Training and Leadership teams to develop our Technical Competency Framework, mentor apprentices, and build relationships with OEMs and key training providers.

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: Background in the Construction, Environmental, or Agriculture sector.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with our line of products or similar.
- **Tech Savvy**: Strong computer, data, and analytical skills.
- **Technical Expertise**: Relevant Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel Fitter, Mobile Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or equivalent). Dual trade or air-conditioning and/or Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills are a big plus.
- ** People Skills**: Proven ability to build relationships with internal customers, personnel, and management.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Bonus Points**:Qualification in Training and Assessment is desirable but not required.
