This exciting and challenging role involves managing multiple projects. Specifically, you will manage the ongoing sustainment of a number of communications and battle management related projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of all assigned projects, including future growth.
- Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Leading and managing multiple small teams, some of which are geographically dispersed.
- Coordination of project deliverables Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated skills in financial cost control.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
- Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.
- Desirable – prior experience on Defence sustainment support contracts.
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance as needed.
