We are looking for a detail-focused Data Processor to join our Para Hills West office. This position is critical in reviewing and processing tree audit data, preparing accurate reports, and communicating with our operations and estimating teams. The successful applicant will work within our proprietary EDEN4 platform and follow structured procedures to ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Review and validate audit data in the EDEN4 platform Prepare data exports and reports for internal and external use Liaise with estimators, operations staff, and field teams Respond to internal data queries and processing requests Follow established workflows and maintain high data quality standards Preparation of files for Arborists and Field Staff
About You:
Essential Skills and Experience Strong attention to detail Transparent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in administrative or data entry roles Ability to follow structured procedures and meet deadlines
Desirable Attributes: Basic understanding of database queries Experience with GIS or spatial mapping Familiarity with arboriculture, setting, or asset management systems
