Disability Support Worker (Para Hills)

Always Care Services are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a support worker for participants across Tanunda ,Gawler and surrounding regions/Western suburbs ( Semaphore Marion Brighton and surrounding areas part-time and casual positions available, for both short and long shifts, staff must be flexible and able to travel. The role involves providing support with daily living activities, promoting independence, and encouraging social participation.10 positions are open for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care tasks (e.g., showering, dressing)
- Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
- Supporting with household tasks (e.g., light cleaning, laundry)
- Accompanying to appointments and social activities
- Promoting participation in community events and hobbies
- Providing emotional support and encouragement About You:
- Previous experience in disability support Cert III minimum
- NDIS and WWC clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
