Always Care Services are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a support worker for participants across Adelaide Metro South, West and North. Barossa, Fleurieu Peninsula. Full-time available, for both short and long shifts, staff must be flexible and able to travel. The role involves providing support with daily living activities, promoting independence, and encouraging social participation.10 positions available. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care tasks (e.g., showering, dressing)
- Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
- Supporting with household tasks (e.g., light cleaning, laundry)
- Accompanying to appointments and social activities
- Promoting participation in community events and hobbies
- Providing emotional support and encouragement About You:
- Previous experience in disability support Cert III minimum
- NDIS and WWC clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
