At Green Leaves Early Learning, we take pride in building a learning setting where children are inspired to be curious about taste and flavour. Working closely with the Centre Chef, each day you can:


- Use your extraordinary culinary skills to support the Centre Chef in preparing a wide variety of nutritious meals and purees, as well as working to dietary requirements for babies and children
- Greet our wonderful families with a big, warm, friendly smile each day, and wow them with your barista-made coffees and freshly baked treats (barista training provided if required)
- Provide thoughtful culinary classes alongside our Centre Chef and Educators
- Ensure the highest level of food safety by maintaining a clean and safe kitchen in accordance with the Food and Council Authority requirements and Green Leaves Early Learning Standards
- Collaborate with our National Nutritional Program Partner, with a focus on environmentally sustainable practices within our eco-friendly settings

- A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain) National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months (or willing to obtain)


- Must be available Mon to Fri 12.30pm to 4.30pm
- The willingness to step up into the Chef’s role when they are absent from the Centre from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Make Your Move!
