**Working the afternoon shift, **and reporting into the production manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team of operators to meet targets, drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies
- Ensure focus on safety, quality and compliance
- Develop a strong team with a cooperative culture
- Ensure KPI's are being met across the shift Compliances with all food safety standards

**Your Background**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Prior experience leading a team to achieve results and create a collaborative work environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
