**Peter Kittle Toyota** seeks a Sales Professional. Generate vehicle sales, deliver great service and grow your career in a strong team. **About the role**
- Drive vehicle sales by engaging new and existing customers and converting enquiries into successful outcomes
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Guide customers through the full sales journey including needs analysis, product selection, pricing and finance introduction
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing features and perks
- Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit targets set by dealership leadership
- Proactively generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals and outbound activity
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage a structured follow-up pipeline to maximise opportunities
- Collaborate with Service, Parts and Business teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard and contribute to an engaging showroom environment

Essential skills and competencies
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within automotive or a customer-facing environment, will be highly regarded
- Results-driven with a genuine motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Hold a current full manual Australian driver’s licence
- Maintain a clear Police Record
