Right now, we are seeking a bright and energised **Program Manager.**

This exciting and challenging role involves managing multiple projects.

Specifically, you will manage the ongoing sustainment of a number of communications and battle management related projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Leadership and management of all assigned projects, including future growth. + Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded. + Leading and managing multiple small teams, some of which are geographically dispersed. + Coordination of project deliverables

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications:**

+ Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience). + Demonstrated skills in financial cost control. + Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes. + Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills. + Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal. + Desirable – prior experience on Defence sustainment support contracts. + Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance as needed.
