**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair forklift issues, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement service procedures and policies to improve department performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts inventory, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the forklift industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Strong technical knowledge of forklift maintenance and repair.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications.
