Accounts Receivable Officer Ingleburn

AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Construction Equipment. We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a robust dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team located in our Head office based in Ingleburn and assist in the reconciliation and timely settlement of customer accounts within given collection timeframes, whilst providing exceptional service to our customers.

Your main duties will include: Verify and accurately post all payments to the correct invoice/s. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and assist with bank reconciliations. Send out monthly statements to customers and follow up for payment. Draft correspondence for overdue accounts and contact to request payment. Update and maintain customer database in a timely manner. Report on Aged Receivables. Provide quality customer service and assist customers with enquiries in an productive, positive and professional manner. Provide assistance to other team members to ensure a prompt response to all customer enquiries and other related duties as required or assigned.

What we're looking for Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role. Previous collections experience, and the ability to build good relationships with customers to ensure the accounts are kept up to date. Solid computer skills. Well organised, able to deal with large volumes of transactions. Be a self-starter, able to resolve issues and obtain information independently. Clear communication skills, proven ability to convey information in both verbal and written formats as appropriate for the needs of the target audience.
