**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with new property listings and update existing listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Call and follow up on warm leads to generate opportunities for the agent.
- Conduct open houses and private inspections, providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers.
- Book appointments and manage the agent’s calendar efficiently.
- Prospect for new vendors and build relationships to grow the agency’s client base.
- Manage and update the agency’s social media platforms professionally to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media platforms and basic office software.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- No prior real estate experience required
- full training will be provided.
