AAA TRAILERS PTY LTD One of Australia's fasting growing and market leader in Truck Trailers is expanding at a rapid rate plus, we are about to launch an all new crowd stopping off road caravan range too! An opportunity has now opened to be a part of our journey in being the Number One Supplier in the Transport and Recreation Industry. Opportunity: Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager and working as part of a small team, your day will be both busy and varied. This role will suit a proactive, results driven individual looking for a change in 2026. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the overall day-to-day running of the office and relieving the Manager as needed
- Managing our websites and online marketing, and various other social media platforms
- Data entry of sales orders received via phone, email, and online portals.
- Invoicing, quoting and customer communication via Xero.
- Weekly stocktake & Inventory control.
- Heavy vehicle & trailer paperwork submissions and documentations (training provided) with Service NSW
- Resolving customer issues as and when they arise
- Data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Additional other tasks as needed from time to time.
- Stock and Inventory control
- Parts ordering
- Manage after Sales Service and Warranty Requirements:
- Ability to operate in a fast paced setting.
- Ability to use social media platforms and online advertising platforms (MUST HAVE)
- Work well under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- AR / AP Experience (Highly Desirable)
- Office Administration & Customer Service Experience (min 2 years)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work across our core hours of operation
- Opening Hours : 7:00am
- 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am – 3.00pm Saturday.
