Position Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and managing production staff. This role is critical in driving operational performance, meeting delivery targets, and upholding Rojone’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations across manufacturing areas
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines
- Lead, train, and support production staff to achieve performance and quality targets
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and compliance requirements
- Oversee quality administration processes, documentation, and reporting
- Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Maintain a protected working environment in accordance with WHS regulations
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
- Background in electronics, RF, telecommunications, or technical manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities
- Experience with quality systems and production reporting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production systems
