Centre Manager (Leppington)

ASPIRE OSHC is an Outside School Hours Care provider providing before, after school care, and vacation care. ASPIRE OSHC is a Child Safe Organisation. Programs being offered provide children with a safe, enjoyable, and supervised space for learning, playing, and more specifically, making friends while parents are away for work or other commitments.

ASPIRE OSHC provides children with opportunities to grow and develop as confident individuals by exploring their world through stimulating and challenging play. When planning our programs, we take the time and care to personalise activities based on strengths and interests whilst encouraging the growth of relationships and interactions to support all children to develop a sense of belonging, being and becoming.

The Service Manager will ensure the effective management of the day-to-day running of the Aspire OSHC Program; making certain that all children attending receive optimal care at all times, with focus on a protected and secure environment delivered through a structured, well-balanced program.

**Essential**:

- Paid Working with Children Check
- Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
- Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
- SITSS00069 NSW Food Safety Supervisor
- Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
- Have or working towards: diploma in early childhood

Pay: From $39.00 per hour
