We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Fabrication Manager / Supervisor to lead workshop operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and on-time project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan workloads and coordinate fabrication activities
- Supervise workshop operations and team members
- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and safety
- Monitor progress and improve workflow efficiency

**About You**
- 5+ years’ experience in structural steel fabrication supervision
- Solid drawing interpretation and QA knowledge
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Organised and proactive

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00
- $50.00 per hour
