Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Ingleburn. These are Monday to Friday roles, working 7:00am to 3:00pm, with daily overtime available and temp to perm after 6 months! There is also a hybrid role available to work across both this clients Ingleburn and St Peters sites as well! These are hands-on positions suited to someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience within an industrial or chemical manufacturing setting. **The Client**: A well-established Australian manufacturer based in Ingleburn, specialising in high-performance construction and industrial materials. The facility produces a wide range of sealants, adhesives, waterproofing products, and coatings used across commercial and residential projects. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and safety, the site operates advanced production lines handling liquids, powders, and chemical blends. **For you**:

- Choice to work 5 days a week in Ingleburn, OR;
- A hybrid role of 2-3 days a week in Ingleburn and 2-3 days a week in St Peters

**The Roles**: Machine Operators / Forklift Operators **Role 1**: 5 days a week based in Ingleburn **Role 2**: Hybrid role of 2-3 days a week in Ingleburn and 2-3 days a week in St Peters Role 2 is predominantly a High Reach and Counterbalance forklift role In these roles you will operate blending and mixing machinery across 8 major production lines. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of production from mixing, batching, production through to final packaging and despatch of products. You will also utilise both Counter balance and High Reach forklifts to move materials throughout production, place into racking and load and unload materials from and onto trucks. **Your main duties will involve**:Machine Operating and Process work duties**:

- Machinery operation, from start up, running, troubleshooting through to final product completion
- Unpacking of goods for each required production run
- Load products such as liquids, powders and sealants into machinery per order specifications
- Operating sealant, liquid, and powder production lines and machinery
- Working with polyurethane, blending, and proxy lines
- Weighing and batching raw materials according to specifications
- Reading and following batch sheet requirements
- Maintaining and operating process and packaging equipment
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Recording batch numbers and production data accurately

**Forklift Operating Duties**:

- Operating High reach forklifts up to 5 racks high
- Load and unload materials for production lines via Counter Balance forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks for receiving and despatch
- Replens, putaways and picking of palletised stock

**Manual Handling duties**:

- Taking goods from the line once production has finished
- Load finished goods onto pallets
- Palletising stock
- Move finished goods from production lines to despatch with the assistance of manual handling aids such as trolleys
- Packaging finished goods and re-bagging / bucketing materials (up to 15kgs)
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting (15-25kg)
- Cleaning out of drums and tanks after each production run

To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience:

- 3+ years industrial manufacturing machine operating experience
- Having worked in chemical manufacturing facilities in previous roles is highly advantageous
- Counter balance and High Reach forklift operating experience
- Experience in High reach putaways and replenishment up to 5 bays high
- Willingness to complete manual handling and cleaning tasks after each production run
- Must be physically fit to conduct manual handling duties
- Must adhere to strict WHS policy and procedures on site
- Must be reliable and responsible at all times
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Ability to follow strict orders and work systematically
