**Full Time Shop Manager**

PCS Butchery is currently seeking to employ a full time Shop Manager for our shop in shop 4/14 Oxford Rd, Ingleburn NSW 2565.

**About the role**

This is a full time position, offering approximately 38 hours per week. You must be available for a flexible roster, including weekends and some public holidays.

**Salary**:$76,000
- $86,000 + Superannuation

Key responsibilities include,
- Manage the daily operations of the butcher shop to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor stock levels of fresh meat and related products and place orders with suppliers when needed.
- Set product prices and organise in-store promotions and specials.
- Assist customers with purchases and provide advice on meat cuts, portion sizes, and cooking methods.
- Ensure meat products are displayed, stored, and handled properly to maintain freshness and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and supplier deliveries.
- Manage shop budgets, monitor sales performance, and control operating costs.
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain high customer service standards.
- Ensure the shop complies with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Oversee store presentation, product displays, and overall cleanliness of the shop.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1-year full time or part time equivalent as a shop manager
- Systematic approach to problem solving.
- Exceptional Time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma(Business preferred) or equivalent

Pay: $76,000.00
- $86,000.00 per year
