**About you**

You are highly customer focused and have led service delivery teams. This could be either gained in face to face in industries such as retail or hospitality or in a call centre. You have the ability to sell products and services in a caring and sensitive way and can demonstrate your track record meeting and exceeding KPI’s and if you are looking to be challenged in a new role and industry then read on.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Parks and Gardens Manager you will have a responsibility leading the Park sales team. You will be working directly with client families helping them to decide on both pre need and at need memorialisation. This is an essential service we offer and the team’s role is to understand and deliver solutions to people at a sensitive and critical time. The rewards of the role can be both personal and financial. Your experience will be varied but you do need to have previous staff supervision experience, good computer skills and a “can do attitude”.

What skills and experience do you need?
- Experience in a service-driven organisation or ability to quickly learn the functions of the job
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
- Be at ease with death, the expression of grief and handling deceased people
- Developing and motivating a sales team including adherence to a structured sales program with a proven track record in direct sales, marketing and networking
- The ability to sell products and services with confidence
- A proven track record in direct sales, marketing and networking
- Absolute customer focus, and able to communicate and respond effectively to all levels of the public
- Robust attention to details and the ability to follow directionSensitivity, along with a comfort to circumstances involving grieving people, and their values and beliefs
