We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Fabrication Manager / Supervisor to lead workshop operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan workloads and coordinate fabrication activities
Supervise workshop operations and team members
Ensure quality standards, compliance, and safety
Monitor progress and improve workflow efficiency
About You
5+ years’ experience in structural steel fabrication supervision
Solid drawing interpretation and QA knowledge
Proven leadership and communication skills
Organised and proactive
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00
- $50.00 per hour
