**Our Opportunity**
Pipe Management Australia is currently seeking a Project Supervisor Onsite to join their expanding team for one of Australia’s leading Contractors. This is an amazing opportunity to join a diverse and cutting-edge organisation. Reporting into the Service Centre Manager, you will be part of a culture that is supportive, engaging and rewarding, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
Based on site in Ingleburn this role would be ideal for a project guru, with proven experience in supervising projects in the water or construction industry who enjoys working in a team environment whilst having the autonomy to complete tasks day to day.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor customer and crew requirements.
- Manage and service assigned client base effectively through site visits and other relevant interactions.
- Successfully allocate fleet, staff, and subcontractors to meet work schedules.
- Attend site safety meetings as required.
- Provide a regular site presence to ensure crews are supported.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and crews.
- Maintain knowledge of and follow Company policies and procedures.
- Always ensure compliance to all Work Health and Safety legislative requirements.
- Perform other duties outside of those mentioned herein upon reasonable request from PMA.
- Ability to work night works and travel regionally, when required.
- Previous experience working in operations and/or Pipe Management/ Waste Industry being a fast paced, high volume, and dynamic environment
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols when working across a variety of site types
- Exceptional time management and coordination skills across multi-faceted teams
- A sound understanding of the pipe rehabilitation industry, UV and Spiral Systems and process
- Good project management skills including dealing with and coordinating multi-faceted teams
- Understanding of client quoting and billing principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across contracts and delivering on their objectives in a timely manner whilst building key stakeholder relationships
- Valid C Class or HR Driver’s License (compulsory)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
