- 5:00 PM

Rate: $35.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our agile team in Ingleburn.

This hands-on role requires you to work directly within our warehouse environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations

Manage inventory control and stock level monitoring

Process inbound and outbound shipments

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures

Handle administrative tasks including data entry and reporting

Support warehouse staff with operational queries

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management software

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
