The Opportunity CSR is seeking a dynamic commercially minded Sales Manager – Reseller to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across our reseller channel. This is a role for someone who thrives on strategy, people leadership, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. You'll take ownership of the reseller strategy—driving sales and margin growth through a balance of customer retention, new business development, and data-led decision making. Leading a multi-site team, you'll build capability, set clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and margin growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across multiple locations
- Manage sales budgets, resources, and performance against targets
- Build strong internal partnerships to enhance product positioning and market competitiveness
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and optimise performance
- Establish and grow strategic customer relationships, negotiating and closing high-value deals
- Oversee pricing strategies and consultative selling practices to deliver commercial value
- Drive disciplined sales processes, CRM usage, and performance reporting
- Represent CSR at industry events and strengthen market presence
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across sales strategy and execution About You
- 5+ years' experience as a Sales Manager, leading teams of 5–10
- Proven track record delivering revenue and margin growth
- Collaborative leader who builds high-performing, engaged teams
- Commercially astute, leveraging data and insights to drive outcomes
- Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals
- Proactive, and driven to exceed targets
