Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Armidale

Deliver a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience every day.

Responsibilities

Support NAB’s Hills Region Branches by being the first point of contact for customers and putting them at the centre of everything you do.

Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.

Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) for customers, making banking simple, easy and secure.

A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is effective and accurate.

Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm; Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Location & Travel

Your home branch will be Armidale, but you will also be required to cover Walcha, Tamworth and Glen Innes branches. A licence and transport are essential. Mileage will be paid.
