With more than 65 years in regional NSW, we’re a locally owned dealership supplying agricultural, construction and implement solutions backed by strong parts and service teams. Our reputation is built on relationships, not transactions. We’re now looking for Sales Representatives who understand that great sales starts with listening
- and that the best outcomes come from guiding customers through challenges. This is a relationship‑led role. We’re not looking for someone to simply take orders or quote machinery. You’ll spend time understanding how our customers operate, asking valuable questions, and helping them make confident decisions about equipment and support. About the role This is a consultative sales role across agriculture, construction equipment and implements. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their operation, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and help them see how the right equipment, and the right support, can improve their business. You’ll be supported by experienced service and parts teams, product training, and a dealership that genuinely backs its salespeople. What you’ll be doing
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with farmers, contractors and operators
- Spending time understanding customer operations, goals and pain points
- Guiding customers through options and solutions – not just quoting machinery
- Demonstrating equipment and coordinating trials where appropriate
- Working closely with service and parts to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Managing your territory with a long‑term, relationship‑first mindset
- Supporting customers well beyond the sale to ensure value and satisfaction What we’re looking for
- Proven sales experience, ideally in agriculture, machinery, construction or related industries
- A genuine interest in farming, contracting or regional industries
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Confidence having meaningful, solution‑focused conversations
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and basic sales tools
- Self‑motivated, organised and accountable
