Job Description Customer Advisor Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in your local community? We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our Glen Innes team for 12 months, 3 days/week. Pay: $30 per hour + superannuation + leave loading Eligibility: You must have the right to work in Australia What Your Day Might Look Like
- Help customers find the right banking products and services to suit their needs
- Assist with opening accounts and everyday banking transactions
- Show customers how to use our digital banking tools to make banking easier and safer
- Keep customer details accurate and up to date
- Learn the basics of banking while building strong relationships with our customers
- Take part in training and development to grow your skills and career About You This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and providing great service. You don’t need banking experience – just a genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who:

- Communicates clearly and confidently
