**About the Role**: We are looking for a motivated person ready to jump-start their career in a unique niche trade with an iconic, sustainable Australian company. As part of the Capral team, you will gain hands-on experience in preparing, inspecting, and maintaining our specialised extrusion die library. This role would ideally suit someone with some extrusion experience. It is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in a distinctive field and grow within a dynamic environment.

- Training in the techniques used to correct extrusion dies & the variables affecting die performance
- Gaining a sound understanding of die design and manufacture
- Communicating with die manufacturers
- Evaluating die life and die performance

- Have sound PC skills
- Demonstrate pride & ownership in your work.
- Have an eye for detail & improvement
- Understand and comply with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Work well as part of a team
