Your Role

Operator Maintainer in a newly established air‑conditioned, automated facility. Responsibilities include monitoring, operating, troubleshooting automated material handling equipment in a fast‑paced production environment, resolving machine faults at heights up to 30 m while following safety protocols, interpreting data and fault information, upholding housekeeping and hygiene standards, collaborating with maintenance, and reporting anomalies.

Qualifications

Commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, effective problem‑solving skills.

Interest in automation and technology and willingness to learn.

Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Ability to work rotating shifts: days, evenings, weekends, public holidays.

Ability to identify colors (red, blue, white, yellow, green).

Physical fitness: frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25 kg unassisted, working at heights up to 30 m (with training and safety gear).
