Medical Receptionist West Ipswich

The Role:

Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a smile

Assist patients with insurance and billing

Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Work effectively with doctors and other staff

We're looking for someone who:

Is a team player with a positive attitude

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Can prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands efficiently

Is proficient in computers (Word, Excel) and has a robust attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in BestPractice Software

Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare systems

- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5
- 30 per week

Monday to Friday
