We pride ourselves on quality, safety and a culture where people are valued. Role Overview We’re looking for a Syrup Room Inventory Controller to join our Bundamba team. This is a key role in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and optimising inventory processes to meet production demands and customer needs for the Syrup Room at our Bundamba site. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain all raw material and inventory records.
- Follow raw material ordering procedures and ensure safe, organised storage of materials.
- Receive goods accurately, verify documentation and update SAP/system records.
- Manage dispatch and transfer of raw materials, ensuring all movements are recorded.
- Conduct cycle counts, reconcile variances and monitor stock levels to support optimal holdings.
- Assist with planning cost‑effective material distribution and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Pre‑weigh ingredient batches and provide Syrup Maker support as needed to maintain production continuity. Requirements
- Completion of Year 10 School Certificate (or equivalent)
- Basic numerical skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valid Forklift licence
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), food safety and food hygiene. What We Offer
