Multi Franchise Dealership Opportunity
Our client is a long established, multi‑franchised current car dealership located in the Ipswich area. They are seeking an experienced Recent Car Sales Manager to join their successful sales department team. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream.
A 5‑day working week applies, with one weekday and every Sunday off. Saturday work is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Review daily prospects and log sheets.
Conduct one‑on‑one discussions with Sales Consultants.
Track performance, client introductions, and sales closing.
Report to Senior Sales Manager/General Manager/Dealer Principal.
Qualifications:
Current or recent dealership recent car sales management or senior sales consultant experience.
Strong sales, closing, people‑handling and organisational skills.
Drive, energy and motivation to maximise every opportunity and lead the team from the front.
Applicants must be physically located in Australia and must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
Compensation: Salary will consist of a negotiable retainer, super, commission structure and a car allowance of $6,500 per annum. Commission is expected to be in the $70,000 to $100,000 range per annum, though some consultants have achieved $170,000.
