Medical Receptionist (West Ipswich)

**The Role**:

- Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a smile
- Assist patients with insurance and billing
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Work effectively with doctors and other staff

- Is a team player with a positive attitude
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands efficiently
- Is proficient in computers (Word, Excel) and has a strong attention to detail

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience in BestPractice Software
- Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare systems

Pay: $28.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3
- 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
