Forklift Operator/labourer Coominya

The Greenmountain Group of businesses is Australia's largest family-owned and operated beef and veal production and processing operation. We currently employ over 250 people, making us the largest employer in the local community. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced forklift driver to work within our busy cold store/loadout department. Role responsibilities:

High reach and counterbalance forklift operation.

Picking and packing of customer orders.

Temperature checking of outgoing food products.

Rear loading of cold trucks, trailers, and containers

Transferring of pallets in and out of double deep pallet racking.

Reporting of lost or damaged products.

Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements at all times.

Adhering to food safety requirements at all times.

Reporting to department supervisor.

Required attributes/skills/qualifications:

Current High-risk work licence with LF qualification. (Forklift)

Double COVID vaccinated and able to provide proof before entering the site.

Minimum 6 months of experience operating a high-reach forklift.

Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Ability to work flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday
- day shift and afternoon shift available.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
