JDT Installs is looking for a reliable and motivated Trainee Floor Layer to join our growing team starting tomorrow.

This is a excellent prospect for someone wanting to learn a hands-on trade with full training provided — no experience required.

Location:

Based in Ipswich, working across Ipswich and surrounding areas.

Position Details

Casual position

Immediate start (tomorrow)

$30 per hour

On-the-job training provided

Opportunity to develop trade skills and grow within the business

About the Role

You will assist with:

Preparation of flooring areas

Installing timber, hybrid, and laminate flooring

Carrying materials and site setup

Learning flooring installation techniques from experienced installers

Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual

Willingness to learn and work hard

Good attitude and team player

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

White Card preferred (or willing to obtain)

Driver’s licence and transport is a must
