**What the position entails**
- Human resource management.
- Hiring driving staff, advertising, discussing with job networks, interviews, driving assessments.
- Training recent drivers who do not have a heavy vehicle license.
- Performing orientations, inductions, and regular training sessions.
- Convening meetings with driving staff.
- Monitoring drivers’ performance.
- Dealing with complaints, investigating, and actioning.
- Dealing with accidents, insurance, and reassessment on drivers.
- Ensuring compliance with Qld transport.
- Keeping on top of driver’s files ensuring things are filed physically and digitally.
- Driving school runs and/or charter when short-staffed.
- Regularly reviewing our training programs, policies, and procedures.
- Working closely with our Operations team to ensure a seamless running operation.
- Assisting drivers on 2way when required.
- On call every 4th weekend.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
