Aviation Line Maintenance Repair & Operations (Amberley)

The chance We are seeking a talented, motivated and professional Aviation Technical Manager to join the world class Air Combat Electronic Attack (ACEA) Sustainment Program supporting the RAAF F/A-18F & EA-18G Aircraft fleet, with the role based onsite at RAAF Base Amberley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Technical Leadership & Management to a Part 145 Line and Base Maintenance Team
- Using advanced soft skills perform Leadership & Management functions for 20 to 40 Technical Personnel ensuring team safety, harmony, technical development and personal welfare are promoted

Experience/Qualifications
- Qualifications in an Aviation Maintenance discipline
- Experience in managing Technical Personnel within a DASA or equivalent accredited organisation
- Defence experience is highly regarded but not essential
