About the Role:This full time role is responsible for the collating & processing of delivery documents, data entry of delivery scheduling & order information, liaising with our customers regarding deliveries and orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Be an all-rounder for administrative support

Collating and processing of delivery schedules

Liaise with customers regarding deliveries and orders

Provide customers with a comprehensive and accurate daily order report /back-order report

About You:

You will be a self-motivated Administrator who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

To be considered applicants MUST have:

previous experience in a logistics industry

high level data entry skills

excellent attention to detail

a reliable / stable work history with a good attitude to safety

attention to detail; and an ability to work autonomously

the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
