The Role

As a Crew Member, you’ll be hands‑on in all areas of the restaurant and play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests.

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role, perfect for people who enjoy staying busy and working with others.

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service

Taking orders and processing cash and card payments

Preparing and assembling menu items to Burger Urge standards

Cooking using grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment (training provided)

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

Working closely with your team to keep service running smoothly

Participating in pre‑opening training and ongoing development
