About The Role

You will work in a production environment processing foam products through cutting, fabrication, lamination, and packing. Work is completed in accordance with procedures, with a solid focus on safety, quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate foam cutting, laminating, and fabrication equipment (training provided)

Handle and assemble foam products to specification

Pack finished goods and prepare them for dispatch

Follow detailed work orders and production schedules

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Adhere to all safety procedures and wear the required PPE

Report hazards, faults, or quality issues promptly

About You

We’re seeking motivated, reliable team players who enjoy hands‑on work, are safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing workplace. The ideal candidate is:

Reliable and punctual

Team player with a good attitude

Able to follow instructions and safety procedures

Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential)

Willingness to learn and operate machinery

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable with manual handling
