Residential Building Supervisor (East Ipswich)

About The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction of residential homes from site start through to handover across Southwest Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for maintaining build quality, managing trades and suppliers, achieving construction timeframes and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the construction journey. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and scheduling activities
- Ensure homes are constructed in line with NCC requirements, Australian Standards and company expectations
- Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout all stages of construction
- Maintain safe, clean and compliant building sites
- Monitor build progress, construction costs and workflow performance
- Deliver strong communication and customer service to clients throughout construction
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively and professionally
- Maintain accurate reporting, scheduling updates and site documentation
- Build solid working relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams About You
- Previous experience supervising residential home construction
- Strong knowledge of residential construction sequencing and quality control
- Sound understanding of NCC requirements and QBCC legislation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Positive attitude and team focused mindset
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Current Construction White Card
