Medical Receptionist (Ipswich)

**Position**: 1 x Casual Medical Receptionist
- 2 days a week

**About Us and the Role**

Ipswich Bariatrics is an established weight loss center in Ipswich that sees 300 current clients a year. We require a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team working 2 a week with sick and holiday leave coverage when required. Customer service/administration experience highly regarded. Experience with Medical Director Clinical and Bluechip highly advantageous

You will report to the Practice Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Basic reception duties
- answering phones, making appointments, data entry, taking payments, scanning
- Managing surgery bookings and theatre lists
- Liaising with the hospital bookings team
- General cleaning
- Liaising with Surgeons to ensure smooth running of clinics and theatre lists

Pay: $28.00
- $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6
- 15 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
