This role is ideal for Construction Supervisors who enjoy finishing homes properly and wants to focus purely on construction projects in the booming western corridor. As part of our Completed Homes team, you will manage residential builds with no customer interaction, allowing you to concentrate on trades, defects and presentation.

What you will be doing Supervising recent builds from site cut to final handover Managing trades, defect rectification and finishes Ensuring quality standards are met consistently Coordinating timelines and close‑out works Working with internal teams to finalise builds efficiently

What we are looking for Experience supervising residential builds Strong eye for detail and quality finishes Confident trade coordination skills QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, or evidence your application has been submitted Skilled, organised and reliable approach
